 Die indigenen V\u00f6lker Mexikos produzierten bereits lange vor der Ankunft der Spanier Mezcal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mezcal ist tief in der indigenen Kultur Mexikos verwurzelt und reicht bis in die pr\u00e4historische Zeit zur\u00fcck. Man geht davon aus, dass die Ureinwohner bereits vor der Ankunft der Spanier alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke aus Agaven herstellten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit der Ankunft dieser V\u00f6lker wurden jedoch traditionelle Produktionsmethoden mit europ\u00e4ischen Techniken kombiniert. Der Destillationsprozess wurde perfektioniert und Mezcal wurde zu einem raffinierteren Getr\u00e4nk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es ist wichtig, die Mezcal-Meister zu nennen, die die H\u00fcter der Tradition sind und ihr Wissen und ihre Techniken von Generation zu Generation weitergeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
