Mezcal for special dates, the preparation of this drink is reserved for those symbolic festivities.

It is worth noting that, despite the name, turkey breast does not come into contact with the liquid; it is used only to add meaty notes to the mezcal. On the other hand, the distillate with fruits and seeds provides a distinctive fruity aroma.

By smell: Fruity aromas, with a distinctive aroma of Castilian banana, green apple and raisins.

To taste: A distinctive tropical fruit flavor, among which the most appreciated are banana and guava.
