The Espadin agave used for this mezcal comes from the fields of the Yautepec district in the eastern Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca. Thanks to the unique climate of this region, the Espadin agave develops nuanced fruity notes that give the mezcal its unique character.

Maria Dolores Joven is a smooth, sweet mezcal reminiscent of a mother’s warm love. It is a very subtle mezcal, leaving a light and pleasant aftertaste of cooked agave with fruity notes.

By smell: It gives off fruity and citrus notes, which are mixed with the characteristic aroma of cooked agave.

To taste: Sensation of citrus fruits with a touch of orange and mandarin, leaving a soft flavor of cooked maguey.
